How does ZimBridge work?
You fund a project, concierge payment, or investment through ZimBridge. We hold funds in escrow, verify the work or payment on the ground, and release only when you confirm. Every step is receipted and auditable.
What are the fees?
Crypto deposits settle at 0.5–1%. Concierge payments carry a 3% fee plus a small flat charge. Real estate management is 4% of project budget. No hidden charges — everything is quoted upfront.
How do I deposit with crypto?
We support BSC-USD (a USD-pegged stablecoin on Binance Smart Chain). Head to the Pay with Crypto page, connect your wallet, and settle in seconds.
How do I know my money is safe?
Funds sit in escrow until you approve each milestone. We use multi-signature wallets, 2FA, and publish a full audit trail for every transaction.
How long do concierge payments take?
Most payments (school fees, medical bills, utilities) are processed and receipted within 24 hours. Funeral and urgent requests are prioritised for same-day turnaround.
Can I track my construction project remotely?
Yes. You get weekly photo, drone, and video updates, plus live milestone tracking on your dashboard. Funds are released only after you verify each stage.
Which countries do you support?
We currently serve diaspora members in the United Kingdom, United States, South Africa, and beyond, paying to beneficiaries across Zimbabwe.
How do I verify my identity (KYC)?
Sign in and complete verification from your dashboard. You’ll need a government ID and proof of address. Verification unlocks higher limits and all features.
